2. Current status of this site

Secmiro is currently under construction. This site is presently an announcement page without user accounts and without document upload. However, there is a voluntary waitlist (see section 3). The same applies to the preliminary versions of the Secmiro apps for Android and iOS: they contain no user accounts, no analytics or tracking tools, no advertising identifiers and store no personal data on the device. Their only network connection is — at your request — the waitlist sign-up (section 3) to secmiro.de, as well as opening the legal notice and privacy policy in the browser.

3. Waitlist

If you sign up for the waitlist using the form on this page, we collect your first name, last name and email address, and — to prevent abuse — your IP address and the time of sign-up. We use this data solely to notify you once by email when Secmiro becomes available. The legal basis is your voluntarily given consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The data is not passed on to third parties and not used for advertising purposes beyond this notification. The sign-up in the apps sends the same details (first name, last name, email address) to the same server and is processed in the same way. You can request deletion of your entry at any time, informally, by email to the address stated above; at the latest after launch and notification, the waitlist data will be deleted, unless further consent (e.g. a user account) exists.

4. Server log files

When you visit this website, the server automatically collects and stores technically necessary information in server log files, which your browser transmits automatically: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser used. This data serves exclusively technical security purposes (including detection of abuse and protection of the admin area) and is not merged with other data sources.

5. Cookies

In its current state, this site does not set any cookies that would require consent.

6. Changes with future features

Once Secmiro provides real functionality, this privacy policy will be extended and updated accordingly before the respective feature is released.

7. Your rights

You have the right at any time to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of the personal data we hold about you, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Where processing is based on your consent (e.g. the waitlist, see section 3), you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. See above for contact details.
